Long time Huntington Village Chef, Joseph Tomasino, left the restaurant business to open up his own Catering Company. We promise to be your number one pick in the Catering Business. Joseph and his team can provide you with most delicious dishes in New York, as well as event planning, ideas, decorations, servers, drinks and tons more. Chef Joseph Tomasino began his studies at The Culinary Institute of America, where he immersed himself in Culinary Arts and fueled his passion for cooking. Joseph succeeded CIA and has since worked at Lupa Osteria Romana, ESCA, Eleven Madison Park Restaurant, Piccolo Restaurant of Huntington, and Salute.
In 2005, Joseph opened Noma Restaurant Bar and Grill in Huntington
Village. Some of Joseph’s greatest achievements in his career include
cooking next to Mario Batali, being recognized in Food and Wine
Magazine for his innovative recipes, and opening his own restaurant.
Joseph
focuses on creating healthy, innovative and inspiring dishes. He feels
that the integrity of ingredients should speak for themselves, which is
why he prepares dishes with only organically grown and healthy foods,
following basic cooking techniques, as opposed to the use of butter or
deep frying.
In 2009, Joseph Tomasino launched Gold Coast
Gourmet Catering as a way to share his love of food and entertaining.
With over 15 years of experience in Culinary Arts, Joseph has an
